pipを利用して、pandas_gbqをインストールしようとしたときにエラーが発生しました。

エラーの原因は、未対応のPythonのバージョンを利用していることです。pandas_gbqのサポートは<3.11ですが、3.11のPythonを使用していました。
解決方法は単純で、Pythonのバージョンをダウングレードします。
システム全体のPythonのバージョンを変更すると影響が大きすぎるので、仮想環境などを利用してPythonのバージョンをダウンさせましょう。
